This is the first successful art project. Normally she tries to eat the medium. Especially the crayons. Play-Doh is also apparently quite good.

More Ryanne shots! Grandma and Grandpa bought Ry some new duds and took her to get her "head shots" taken at the mall. They turned out great!

Back and Bummed

Coming back to real life after DisneyLand is a real letdown. We did have a great time though. First we stopped in the Tri-Cities to drop off Ryanne with the grandparents. Then, on the way down to Anaheim we spent a few nights in Monterey with Mark's brother Mike. I got a lot of scenic Monterey shots. I got absolutely zero Disney shots. We were too busy going on rides to carry around a camera and shoot ourselves with Mickey.

We are leaving tomorrow for the Tri-Cities and then on Friday for Disneyland!!! Yay vacation! We will post more pictures when we get back. Ryanne has some new words: Uh-Oh (she dangles her sippy cup over the edge of the high chair tray, says "uh-oh", and then she drops the cup), "up" (she hangs out at my knees and begs "Up! Up!" while the whole time I am thinking that I may regret teaching her that one...) and, of course "kitty" while pointing at our yellow cat. Except that she can't make a "k" sound, so she makes a "t" sound instead, and says...well, you get the picture.
