
I have been having the WORST heartburn for about a week. Since I never get heartburn in real (nonpregnant) life, I looked it up on BabyCenter.com. Here was the recommendation:
"Avoid food and beverages that cause you gastrointestinal distress. The usual suspects are carbonated drinks; caffeine; chocolate; acidic foods like citrus fruits and juices, tomatoes, mustard, and vinegar; and spicy, highly seasoned, fried, or fatty foods."
These are all the things I like to eat!!!
