In all the excitement regarding other matters, I forgot to blog about my fun trip to Las Vegas this last weekend to see Laura, Gaz, Christina, Greg, Rachel, Tim and his new wife Kym, and "the Frenchies" who invaded from, well, France. It was a mostly fun weekend, beginning with me and my fellow travelers getting stuck in the airport tram for 25 minutes while employees gathered around us and laughed, sitting on a parked shuttle for another half hour, and finally arriving famished and cranky at the hotel, 2 hours after my scheduled arrival. Happily, things went up from there.
I conveniently left my camera in the hotel room all weekend so I stole these images off other blogs.
This is pretty much why we make her live in another country most of the year.
